• Job Summary:

• Safely and efficiently operate all test stands located in the assembly department. Daily testing equipment to meet customer demands. Keep area and equipment clean and operational. Maintain work area in a clean and orderly fashion. Report any required maintenance issues as needed.

• Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• + Operate test stands safely and efficiently. + Trouble shoot items that come up during test. Working to resolve the issue to meet customer requirements. + Maintain test stands by ensuring Hydraulic oil is filled and filters are changed as required. Ask for assistance as needed. + Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Required Skills/Abilities:

• + Knowledge of hydraulics systems and basic hydraulic operations is helpful.

+ Able to work safely around industrial equipment. + Able to keep work area clean and oil cleaned up off floor daily. + Able to safely operate Overhead and Job cranes as needed. + Can read and interpret test data sheets, understand the requirements and how to capture the results and document. + Able to perform basic troubleshooting on test stand issues.

• Education and Experience:

• + High school diploma or equivalent. Technical school training is a plus. + Prior experience in 6's and Continuous improvement is helpful, but training will be provided. + Experience with hydraulic components and systems helpful.

• Physical Requirements:

• + Ability to safely use and lift items weighing fifty (50) pounds. + Ability to stand at your work area through your work shift. + Ability to safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and cranes
