Job Summary:

Temp to Hire In charge of the extrusion line, in terms of setting up, operating and resolving issues to generate an optimal production of plastic sheets according to specs and ready for the thermoforming process.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Technology o Startup of extruders o Operate extruders o Resolve small technical malfunctions
• Internal transport o Thermoforming grinder: change grinding and stocking o Transport of full and empty waste baskets o Transport of full and empty goat foil o Add auxiliary materials o Take over from colleagues in Extrusion during breaks
• Administration o Reporting technical malfunctions in log o Calculating production parameters
• Quality o Reporting technical malfunctions in log o Clean the work environment, empty the trash cans o Compliance BRC/IoP regulation and hygiene instructions
• Safety o Report unsafe situations

Qualifications Education:

• Relevant technical education or corresponding technical experience

Work Experience:

• At least one-year relevant experience with plastic sheet extrusion or similar processes

$20.00 + $1.00 shift differential
