Job Title:

Machine Operator (1st Shift) ($17.00/hr.) Job Description We are seeking skilled Machine Operators to join our dynamic team in a family-owned custom shop. This role involves operating various machines, including CNC, thermoforming, and rotational mold machines, to produce high-quality plastic components. The position is contract-to-hire, with working hours from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. We offer weekly pay with overtime paying time and half. We are looking for individuals to start as soon as possible. Apply Today! Responsibilities Operate CNC, thermoforming, and rotational mold machines, ensuring precise setup and operation. Load products into machines and adjust frames to fit plastic sheets. Run products through conveyors and ovens, monitoring cycle times. Utilize hand tools to tear down machines and insert new tooling for custom orders. Troubleshoot problems during the first run of products. Collaborate with quality assurance to ensure production meets standards. Assist with shipping and other departmental needs when required. Read custom work orders and follow production schedules to meet goals. Lift up to 40 lbs and perform routine preventative maintenance on machines. Essential Skills Experience working in manufacturing. Ability to read and interpret work instructions. Capability to lift 30 lbs. Proficiency in reading a tape measure and using basic shop math. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience operating machines is a plus. Knowledge in machine setup, technician duties, and repair. Why Work Here?
