PMI is hiring a dependable, hardworking Extrusion Operator for our night shift. We are looking for someone with mechanical aptitude who can operate equipment, troubleshoot problems, and help keep production running efficiently. Responsibilities Operate and monitor plastic extrusion lines. Load and blend plastic materials. Monitor product quality and make necessary adjustments. Perform screen changes and equipment cleanouts. Troubleshoot equipment and production issues. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Qualifications Previous extrusion or plastics experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude. Forklift experience is a plus. Reliable attendance and ability to work independently. Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Pay & Schedule Pay:

$20-$25 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule:

Full-time, night shift. We are looking for motivated individuals who take pride in their work and want a long-term opportunity with PMI.
