EDM Machine Operator Pay:

$20-$24/hour Seeking a reliable, coachable EDM Machine Operator . CNC experience is NOT required. Candidates with machine operating, industrial manufacturing, or similar hands-on experience will be considered. This is a mostly stationary position . Operators stand at one machine for most of the shift and step on/off a short raised platform to move parts. Best suited for someone comfortable staying focused on the same task for extended periods. What You'll Do Set up and operate machines Load and unload parts Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges Complete production and quality documentation Follow production schedules and safety procedures Communicate issues, Changes, and results between shifts. What We're Looking For Basic mechanical aptitude and shop math skills, including decimals Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable attendance and good time management Team-player attitude, accountability, and willingness to learn Previous machining or manufacturing experience is preferred, not required Physical Requirements Stand for approximately 95% of the shift , primarily on a raised platform Lift, push, or pull up to 35 lbs. Ability to bend, reach, twist, grasp, and move parts throughout the shift Must meet required vision standards #IND2
