The Role From machine operators to maintenance technicians to quality inspectors, our teams help protect what matters most—making everyday life safer, smarter, and more sustainable.Schedule :
Work only 15 days per month with our unique rotating 3-4 day schedule ADay Shift:
8:00am- 8:00pm (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday + alternating Saturdays) B
Night Shift:
8:00pm- 8:00am (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday + alternating Saturdays) C
Day Shift:
8:00am- 8:00pm (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday + alternating Saturdays) What You'll Do Operate and monitor plastic extrusion production lines Set up machines according to work order specifications Inspect products for quality compliance and manage scrap processes Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping tasks Work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Collaborate with team members during shift changeovers
What You'll Bring Qualifications:
Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools Strong communication skills and positive attitude Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment Ability to pass pre-employment drug screeningCompensation & Benefits Starting Salary:
Wages ranging from $18.00- $21.
