Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring Machine Operators for a cardboard packaging manufacturing facility in the Maumee, OH area. As a Machine Operator, you will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment producing cardboard packaging and related products used to protect, package, and ship goods to businesses across various industries. Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is preferred, but candidates who demonstrate a willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work safely are encouraged to apply. Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation starting at $15.00 per hour, plus a $2.00 shift differential and a $2.00 attendance bonus for employees who show up for every scheduled shift. The attendance bonus is an incentive to encourage reliable attendance and ensure employees arrive on time and ready to work. A benefits package is also available, including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.

Monday-Thursday, 3:00pm-1:00am All shifts consist of four 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday. Overtime may be available based on business needs. Responsibilities of the

Machine Operator:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery used to produce cardboard packaging products.
• Assist with feeding cardboard materials into production equipment and removing finished products.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Stack, organize, and prepare completed products for the next stage of production or shipping.
• Monitor equipment during production and report any issues to supervisors.
• Follow production instructions and meet daily production goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures when working around machinery and materials.
• Work effectively with team members and supervisors to maintain production flow.
• Learn different manufacturing processes and job duties through hands-on training.
• Perform additional production duties as assigned based on the position.

Required Qualifications of the

Machine Operator:

• Previous manufacturing, machine operating, warehouse, or factory experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work safely around machinery and production equipment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks as required.
• Ability to handle cardboard materials and perform physical production duties as needed.
• Willingness to work a 1st or 2nd shift schedule consisting of four 10-hour days.
• Interest in a long-term position and career growth within a manufacturing environment.
