Job Description

Now Hiring:
Machine Operator in Medina 1 st shift: 5am - 3pm, Monday - Thursday. Weekly pay at $18 per hour.
Job Duties:
Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment according to batch tickets and specifications. Read and interpret batch tickets, work orders, and production instructions accurately. Perform weight checks, crimp checks, and other quality inspections to ensure product meets specifications. Monitor production processes and make adjustments to maintain efficiency and consistency. Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime. Operate forklifts or tow motors to move materials and support production flow. Maintain accurate production and quality documentation in accordance with ISO standards. Follow all OSHA regulations, company policies, and safety procedures
Requirements:
Ability to lift, stand, and move for the duration of the shift. Excellent attention to detail. Previous experience operating a forklift is preferred , but not required.
