The purpose of this position is to perform essential duties within the warehouse that provide the FR uniform business with uniform clothing and occupational workwear. Additionally, this associate will train in our garment customization department for occasional coverage. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Use ERP software to identify appropriate garment customizations for specific customers
• Understand the workflow of picking an embroidery order and take it through completion
• Operate an industrial Tajima Embroidery machine and an industrial heat press
• Communicate questions and needs as they pertain to a customer order
• Keep an organized and clean workspace
• Coordinate with Embroidery Lead to accomplish daily tasks
• Communicate effectively with department teammates, warehouse, customer service, and sales team personnel.
• Keep machines clean and lubricated
