Hours:
Monday through Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm Responsibility for the following areas: Work as a manufacturing team lead having the responsibility for the team's assembly of an entire product or component of a product. Shift Lead can perform all tasks conducted by the team in the assembly process. Plans the task and may rotate through all or most as assembly auditor rather than being assigned to a specific task on a permanent basis. Participates in making decisions affecting the work of others in the assembly process throughout the shift. Perform quality checks on products and parts inspecting and approving both product and procedure. Package finished products and prepare them for shipment. Review work orders and blueprints to ensure work is performed according to specifications. Complete production reports to communicate team production level to management. Determine work assignments and procedures. Maintain production equipment and machinery. Supervise assemblers and train employees on job procedures. Operate machinery and heavy equipment, such as forklifts.
Fabrication Lead Qualifications:
Must have previous experience with press brake machines; Amada, Cincinnati, Accupress, Trumpf and sheet metal. Must have experience leading or supervising a team.
