Full Job Description Machine Operator Schedule :
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM•3:30
PM Pay Rate :
$18.00•25.00 per hour (based on experience)
Location :
Miamisburg, OH Crown Staffing is seeking motivated Composite Technicians to join an advanced manufacturing team. This position is responsible for producing high-quality composite products through mold preparation, resin processing, fabrication, assembly, and quality control activities. Responsibilities Manufacture complex composite products according to specifications and quality standards Prepare molds, resins, fabrics, and production materials Set up ovens and monitor processing parameters including temperature, pressure, and cycle times Remove, trim, clean, package, and prepare finished products for shipment Perform quality inspections to ensure workmanship and product functionality Read and interpret mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic drawings and schematics Identify manufacturing issues and recommend solutions Document procedures, production data, and labor time electronically Track material usage and inventory throughout production Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in accordance with company standards Assist with on-the-job training of team members Occasionally travel to customer locations to assist with product installation and startup Qualifications Required U.S. Citizenship required Associate degree and 1-2 years of related manufacturing experience Experience operating forklifts, cranes, or other heavy material handling equipment Ability to read mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and computer skills Ability to pass a drug screen and background check Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Full-time opportunity Career growth and advancement opportunities Hands-on training in advanced manufacturing processes Team-oriented work environment Apply Today!
