Press Operator

Now hiring Press Operators in Middlefield for 2 nd shift, 4pm

• 12pm. Monday
• Friday. Weekly pay ranging between $18
• $22 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Duties:

Set up and operate the extrusion press according to the production schedule. Load raw materials (resins, compounds, colorants) into hoppers, verify correct material, weight, and settings. Monitor machine parameters and make adjustments as needed to maintain optimum production and quality. Inspect extruded product for conformance to specifications using measuring tools. Make corrective actions when product does not meet specifications.

Changeover jobs when required:

clean machine, die change, tooling setup.

Keep production logs and documentation:

recording machine settings, product quality data, downtime, scrap, material usage. Any other task requested by a supervisor.

Requirements:

Must be able to list up to 100 lbs. as needed. Previous Press Operating experience is required. Applicants must have their own transportation and submit a resume. Take the next step
