Your Role:

Set up and operate a variety of machinery, including stamping, punch presses, and drilling equipment, to produce parts according to specifications. Perform precision machining operations such as drilling, boring, reaming, milling, and tapping on close tolerance work. Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met and minimize scrap. Operate support equipment such as cranes and assist with material movement and machine adjustments. Inspect, assemble, and finish parts, including grinding, polishing, and packaging for shipment. What we're looking for: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). At least 4 months to 1 year of related experience in an equivalent machine operation role. Ability to read blueprints and use tools such as gages, calipers, and micrometers. Ability to perform set-ups independently, with minimal supervision, within 4 to 6 hours. Ability to produce quality parts with minimal scrap material.
