Job Description

Machine Operators needed for
Day Shift:
5:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. Monday
  • Thursday
  • Over time may be available Global Precision Parts is seeking reliable Machine Operators to join our team.
This role is responsible for operating machining equipment, inspecting parts, and ensuring production and quality standards are met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Summary The ACME Operator reports to the Production Supervisor and is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of ACME multi-spindle machining equipment. This role supports production operations by ensuring jobs are run according to job documentation, quality standards are met, tooling is properly managed, and production and downtime data are accurately recorded.
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor machining equipment safely and efficiently Perform basic machine maintenance and keep work area clean Inspect parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) Read and follow job instructions and blueprints Complete production reporting and track downtime Perform tooling changes as needed Meet daily production and quality targets
Qualifications:
Ability to read blueprints and use basic measuring tools Basic math skills (decimals and fractions) Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work in a team environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Work Environment & Expectations:
Manufacturing/production environment Must follow all safety and quality procedures Ability to stand, move, and perform physical tasks throughout shift

  • $25.00 per hour based on experience and skill level. Full time benefit package offered after 90
  • day probation period.
