Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery to fabricate and produce high-quality products. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth.Duties:
- Operate and monitor machines such as stamping presses and machining centers
- Set up machines according to specifications and blueprints
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machine operations
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and using measuring tools
- Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Experience with CAM programming and CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
