Job Description

Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Operator to join our manufacturing team. Must be able to life 30 pounds. Must be able to effectively communicate with Co-workers and Supervisors. Works well as a team. Would be able to do production, assembly, quality, and packing.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in injection molding or manufacturing is a plus (not required; training available). Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision. Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs. Willingness to learn and adapt to production needs.
Responsibilities:
Follow all safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Assist with machine operation and part production according to instructions. Perform basic quality checks, assembly, and packaging of parts. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area. Report equipment or quality issues to the Supervisor or Quality Auditor. Complete required shift documentation accurately. Work cooperatively with team members to meet production goals. Follow emergency shutdown procedures when necessary. Perform other duties as assigned.
