Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 2nd shift Assembly team member to join our team in St. Henry.

SHIFT HOURS

Monday through Friday 3:15pm-11:45pm

STARTING HOURLY RATE

$18.50 with the potential of increasing to $19.25 after 90 days.

ADDITIONAL PAY

Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance) All training will be provided for this entry level position.

Job functions include:

Inspecting parts and assembling machines in the fabrication department. Monitoring product and equipment during operation and reporting any changes. Insuring accurate ingredient content of every batch and packaging product according to customer speculations. Operating a walkie and learn the M-Tech System. Must be 18 years of age Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time. Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
