1st Shift Machine Operator We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented candidate for a manufacturing company located in Salem, Ohio. Hours Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 4:30pm Overtime available by staying 2 hours after shift Pay $16-17 per hour, based on experience Key Responsibilities

• Operate various manufacturing machines safely and efficiently
• Inspect small parts for quality and accuracy
• Use different measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Perform basic maintenance on equipment as needed
• Cut materials precisely according to blueprints Minimum Requirements
• Knowledge of machines, tools, and their uses
• Ability to accurately cut materials per specifications
• Good attention to detail
• Excellent attendance record
• Ability to pass a mathematics skills test
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment as a machine operator strongly preferred Nice to Have Skills
• Experience with measuring tools like calipers and micrometers
• Maintenance skills are a plus Preferred Education and Experience
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred Other Requirements
• Must work on-site in Salem, Ohio
