Join our team as a Plastics Operator and start your career in manufacturing! W e provide on-the-job training and offer opportunities for growth within the company. If you are reliable, detail oriented, and ready to learn, this role is for you! Job Duties Read work orders and instructions to determine material requirements and product specifications. Set up and adjust equipment guides, stops, and other fixtures. Inspect part for defects & verify conformance to specifications. Monitor machine operations to ensure quality standards are met. Mark products or equipment with identifying information. Move materials and products between work areas as needed. Maintain accurate inventory of materials and finished products. Record production and operational data. Count, pack, and forward parts to the next stage of production. Requirements High school diploma preferred. Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions. Strong multitasking and prioritization skills. . Excellent time management and attention to detail Effective verbal and written communication skills. Basic math skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Physical ability to lift up to 15 lbs. Manual dexterity. Working conditions Fast-paced manufacturing environment. Requires standing, bending, and lifting throughout shift. Overtime may be required.
