Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. Your expertise in machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting will ensure smooth production processes, maintain safety standards, and uphold quality control measures. Responsibilities Operate a range of manufacturing machinery to produce precision parts. Set up and calibrate equipment using technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to ensure accurate production runs. Monitor machine performance during operation, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency. Perform quality checks using precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers. Handle materials and finished products safely using and overhead crane, forklifts and other materials handling equipment. Requirements Proven experience operating manufacturing machinery. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files accurately. Familiarity with CNC programming is highly desirable. Ability to use hand tools and precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers confidently. Experience with materials handling equipment including forklifts and overhead crane. Basic math skills for measuring, calculations, and interpreting technical specifications. Knowledge of quality control procedures and factory safety standards. Pay:
$23.00 - $29.00 per hour
