Machine Operators

• Entry-Level 58 hours a week, Paid Weekly We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team in Salem, Ohio, in an entry-level role that offers a great starting point for those beginning their careers.

No experience is required — just a willingness to learn and work hard.

Hours:

1st shift, 6:00am

• 4:30pm, Monday
• Friday, with every other Saturday 6:00am
• 2:00pm.

Overtime is expected as needed.

Pay:

$12.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate press machines and assist with setup and adjustments
• Check part quality throughout production
• Perform in-process inspections using measuring tools
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and make adjustments
• Follow work orders, blueprints, and production schedules accurately

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to operate press machines and use measuring tools (calipers, gauges, micrometers)
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Good attention to detail and quality standards Nice to

Have Skills:

• Basic blueprint reading skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

• No specific experience required; attitude and reliability are key
