Machine Operator & Material Assembly Shift:

1st shift (Monday

• Thursday) 4:55 am

Job Description:

• Assembly of medical blankets and parts
• folding, packing and sorting medical blankets, installing hoses and labels
• Operation of heat-sealing machines for the production of medical blankets & soft goods used in temperature management for the medical field
• Fast paced work / high volume production line
• similar to a busy lunch rush at Subway; On feet for the duration of shift
• Standard machine operation & troubleshooting
• Read & follow written directions and instructions to input settings in the machines via (HMI interface)
• Machine changeovers & die changes
• Basic maintenance & troubleshooting
• Product testing
• Light duty material handling & packaging
• Ability to work to meet daily goals and quotas
• Quality assurance
• Work is done in a clean, safe, and temperature-controlled environment

Minimum Qualifications:

• High attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to read and understand written instructions
• Ability to perform basic math
• General mechanical aptitude
• Team oriented mindset
• Must be willing to assist in other areas as assigned
• Strong attendance & work history
• High school diploma or

GED Preferred Qualifications:

• Use of basic hand & power tools
• Assembly experience
• Machine operation background
