A leading manufacturer in the flavor and food ingredient industry is seeking a Powder Compounder to join its production team. This position is responsible for accurately weighing, blending, and processing powdered ingredients used in custom formulations while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. •24/hr. (based on experience) Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. At least 1 year of experience in food manufacturing, flavor compounding, powder blending, or a similar production environment preferred. Ability to read and interpret batch records, SOPs, and safety procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods throughout the shift. Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards is a plus. Strong organizational and teamwork skills. Key Responsibilities Accurately weigh and blend powdered ingredients according to formulas, batch sheets, and production specifications. Operate mixing and blending equipment safely and efficiently. Follow production schedules and work orders to meet customer and production deadlines. Maintain accurate records of ingredient usage, batch production, and inventory transactions. Label and package finished products for internal use and customer shipment. Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas in accordance with GMP and food safety requirements. Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors. Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing raw materials.
