RESPONSIBILITIES

Set up, operate, and tend machines Confirm specifications by measuring Inspect product for quality standards or damages Set stops on machine beds, change dies and adjust components when necessary Record operational data and complete required paperwork Test and adjust machine speeds or actions Read work orders and production schedules to ensure completion in an efficient and timely manner Troubleshoot, clean, and repair machines regularly or call for repairs to be made Work with team to meet company deadlines, quotas, and goals Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Comply with health hand safety regulations and always wear protective gear

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Previous Machine Operator or related experience is preferred Warehouse and/or manufacturing experience is a plus Required to stand for long periods Must be able to work in various weather conditions Engage in repetitive motions including squatting, bending, pushing, and pulling Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong attention to detail Great attendance and punctual Surge hires for a variety of top jobs in the area.
