Shift:

What Makes You a Solid Fit High school diploma or GED required Previous press/manufacturing experience Able to lift 40 lbs. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Basic understanding of quality standards and production processes Ability to work in a team-oriented environment How You'll Keep Things Rolling Operate production machinery and meet or exceed output targets Perform in-process quality checks and document results Complete required production paperwork (quality, scrap, time tracking, traceability) Load and unload materials, components, and finished goods Maintain organization of materials in tubs, skids, and containers Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and coordinators Support additional production tasks as needed Here's What's Waiting for
