Machine Operator- Entry Level $21/hr Essential Duties Operate forge press as part of 3 to 4-person team Clean, organize and maintain work area(s) Use work instructions and set-up sheets Set-up and operate forge press and trim press Set-up and operate required support equipment and processes Visually inspect parts produced Use hand tools and digital calipers Process necessary documentation Operate lift truck On-the-job training provided

Responsibilities Machine Setup and Operation:

Configuring machines, adjusting tools, and loading raw materials to start production runs.

Quality Control:

Monitoring machine operations to ensure accurate product measurements and inspecting finished goods for defects.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

Performing preventative maintenance, cleaning equipment, and making minor adjustments to resolve issues.

Safety Compliance:

Adhering to safety standards (PPE usage, safety protocols) to ensure a safe work environment.

Documentation:

Completing daily production logs, reports, and tracking inventory/scraps.

Required Skills and Qualifications Mechanical Aptitude:

Basic understanding of machinery and how to troubleshoot mechanical issues. Attention to

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift heavy items (often up to 40-50 pounds).

Up to $21.00 per hour
