Assembly Associate - 1st
Shift Pay:
$17.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:00
PM Location:
Sunbury, OH Job Summary We are hiring Assembly Associates to join a busy manufacturing operation in Sunbury, OH. This is a hands-on position where you will operate machinery and assemble automotive parts while following safety and quality standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, is comfortable with repetitive tasks, and can work in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities Assemble automotive parts according to established procedures and specifications Operate production machinery and equipment Inspect parts for quality and defects Perform repetitive assembly and production tasks Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Meet production and quality expectations Work required overtime as needed Qualifications Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience is a plus Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and dependable transportation Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the workday Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Forklift certification is a plus, but not required Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. frequently Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to perform repetitive movements involving hands, arms, and body Ability to work extended hours and overtime when required Why Join Us? $17.00/hour starting pay Consistent 1st-shift schedule Hands-on manufacturing experience Opportunity to build your production and assembly skills Work in a structured manufacturing environment IND2
