Digital Production Metzgers is seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Bindery Operator to join our Digital Production team. In this role, you will play a key part in producing high‑quality finished print products by operating bindery and finishing equipment with precision and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Operate a variety of bindery and finishing equipment, including (but not limited to) folders, cutters, stitching‑trimmers, die‑cutters, and folder‑gluers. Perform collating, inserting, assembling, wrapping, shrink‑wrapping, and packaging tasks. Review proofs and samples to ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards. Remove, stack, and pack printed materials for shipment or final processing. Review and prioritize daily production work in coordination with the customer service team. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 3-5 years of industry experience operating production or bindery equipment preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with machinery. Ability to troubleshoot issues and apply basic mathematical concepts. Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
