Job Description
Metzgers is seeking a new member for our bindery team to operate various types of bindery and finishing equipment. Various tasks may include cutting, folding, stitching, trimming, shrink-wrapping, and packaging. Will work with production manager to ensure jobs are prioritized and completed correctly. Working with other bindery team members in a positive manner to help each other as needed. Maintaining a clean work area and comply with safety policies. Must consistently strive for high-quality work with an attention to detail. An ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of relevant experience Metzgers is willing to train those with less experience While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand and walk most of the day and is frequently required to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, sit, hear, use hands to type data, dial the telephone, and operate production equipment and business machines.
