Production Technician / Metal Finishing Technician Looking for a stable career with specialized skills that are difficult to find and highly valued? We are seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our team in a unique manufacturing environment. Nickel plating is a highly specialized process, and previous nickel plating experience is not required . We are willing to train candidates who have strong work habits, attention to detail, and a desire to learn. This is an opportunity to build long-term skills in an industry with limited local competition and strong demand for quality craftsmanship.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and process parts through production steps Follow detailed procedures and quality standards Monitor production processes and equipment Inspect finished products for quality and consistency Maintain a safe and organized work environment Work as part of a team to meet production goals
Ideal Candidates May Have Experience In:
Manufacturing or production environment Assembly work Mechanical work or maintenance Chemical processing or metal work Any hands-on technical or trade experience building dirt bikes or go carts are great transferrable skills
