In this hands-on role, you will support production by loading materials, positioning work, setting up jobs, operating and adjusting machinery, and packaging finished products. Strong attention to detail with ability to retain and apply instructions. Demonstrated reliability with strong attendance record Mechanical aptitude is a plus Basic math and computer skills Ability to operate banding tools and read a tape measure Recognize and detect quality issues Read and comprehend detailed instructions in English Follow all safety policies and procedures Good oral and written communication skills Sense of urgency; desire to work in a fast-paced environment Able to work 24/7 schedule, including weekend and holidays Schedule The facility operates on a 24/7 Schedule. This position requires working a non-rotating 12-hour shift schedule. Employees will 6PM to 6AM, following a 2-2-3 bi-weekly pattern.
