Your Responsibilities:

You'll be trained to operate our extrusion machines and help maintain high-quality standards. This is a hands-on role where you'll learn valuable skills while contributing to the team: Set up and operate extrusion machines and auxiliary equipment. Safely operate tow motors to load materials and support production. Ensure quality control and production accuracy. Use basic math skills to manage weights, measures, and production data. Collaborate with team members to maintain accurate records and optimize efficiency. Data entry into computers

What We're Looking For:

No experience necessary

• We'll provide all the training you need.

However, a background in extrusion is preferred. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Basic computer skills. SAP experience a plus A team player with great communication skills and a strong work ethic. Motivation to learn and grow in a stable, long-term role.

Physical Requirements:

Lifting up to 55 lbs regularly. Standing on concrete floors for up to 8 hours. Walking, bending, pulling, pushing, and climbing stairs. Join our 2nd shift Team the hours worked are 2pm
