Job Description

Manufacturing Operator - 3rd
Shift Location:
Wellington, Ohio Shift:
3rd Shift - 11:00 PM to 7:30
AM Pay Rate:
$15.00 per hour plus $1.50 per hour shift premium We are hiring Manufacturing Operators for a growing production facility in Wellington, Ohio. Candidates should be dependable, safety-focused, and interested in long-term employment opportunities.
Job Duties:
Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment Perform quality inspections on finished products Follow work instructions and production schedules Support team goals and maintain productivity standards Adhere to all company safety policies
Qualifications:
Ability to stand and work on your feet for 8-hour shifts Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed Willingness to work in varying temperatures due to a non-climate-controlled environment Strong work ethic and attendance record Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required Candidates looking for a long-term career opportunity are encouraged to apply.
