Job Description

Ohio Sponge Rubber Manufacturer Johnson Bros Rubber Company is a premier sponge rubber molder specializing in custom molded cellular sponge and solid (dense) rubber products for over 75 years. We offer complete in-house service from development of compounds to mixing, testing, prepping, and molding. We are now hiring additional machine operators to add to our Press and Mill department(s) on 1st and 3rd shift: Wage starts at $18.00/hour .75 cent shift premium on 3rd Shift Full benefits package including 401 K and Profit Sharing Paid Time Off Referral Bonus We welcome you to also apply in person at Johnson Bros Rubber Company, 42 West Buckeye Street, West Salem, M - F, 8:00 am-3:30 pm or apply online at www.johnsonbrosrubbercompany.com.
