The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and manufacturing experience, with a focus on precision fabrication and quality standards. This role involves operating specialized equipment to produce high-quality copper bus bars and EHRT components, ensuring efficient production processes while maintaining safety and compliance. The successful applicant will be an active team player committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence. Duties Operations of multi station Punch Machine / Copper Bar. o Ability to create and edit programs / Fanuc, G code, etc. o Ability to accurately read and interpret prints/ drawings/specs. o Deburring, drilling and tapping of materials. 3-5 Years OTJ Machinist +/or General Fabrication experience.

jack Background in manufacture of precision metal products; Copper bus bar experience preferable. Position requires high school diploma or equivalent. Understanding and execution of material inspection procedures. Computer experience. Ability to use handheld inspection equipment; Calipers + Micrometers. Position requires high school diploma or equivalent. Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and adherence to specifications. Handle materials safely using forklifts and other warehouse equipment, ensuring proper materials handling and storage practices. Conduct routine maintenance on machinery and tools to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Assist in fabrication tasks involving plastics blow molding, injection molding, or other plastics manufacturing processes as needed. Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency. Maintain a clean, organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in manufacturing, machining, and fabrication processes. Proficiency in operating programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CNC lathes, CNC machines, press brake machines, and plastics extrusion equipment. Hands-on experience with plastics blow molding, injection molding, and related plastics manufacturing techniques. Ability to perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments accurately. Familiarity with materials handling equipment such as forklifts; warehouse experience is advantageous. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles to promote continuous improvement initiatives. Skilled in the use of hand tools for assembly, fabrication, or minor repairs. Basic math skills necessary for measurements, calculations, and process adjustments. Mechanical aptitude combined with a proactive approach to safety and operational excellence.
