Role OverviewCore Function:

Keeps production lines moving smoothly by loading packaging materials, sorting and packing food items (such as croutons, salad dressings, or bakery goods), and stacking finished products for shipping.

Work Environment:

Physical and fast-paced. Requires standing for long periods, repetitive lifting (up to 30 lbs), and working in varied temperatures depending on the department (e.g., cool/chilled processing areas).

Primary ResponsibilitiesProduction & Packaging:

Hand-pack, weigh, label, and box finished goods; supply raw materials and containers to packaging lines.

Quality Assurance:

Inspect moving products for visual defects, weight accuracy, damaged packaging, or improper labels, immediately removing non-conforming items.

Sanitation & Food Safety:

Adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety protocols, and cleanliness guidelines (wearing hairnets, avoiding jewelry/nail polish, and keeping work zones sanitary).

Teamwork:

Communicate continuously with machine operators, line leads, and fellow attendants to clear jams and keep line speeds on targelocation: Wilmington, OHwork hours: 05:00 AM - 03:30 PMdress code:

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
