Job Summary We are looking for a Machine Operator/Extruder to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and monitor extrusion equipment to produce quality plastic products safely and efficiently. You will help set up equipment, troubleshoot issues, maintain production goals, and ensure products meet quality standards. Schedule 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) 2/2/3 rotating schedule Day and night shifts rotate every 4 weeks Must be able to work weekends and overtime as needed Responsibilities Operate machinery safely while meeting production goals. Monitor product quality and identify defects. Troubleshoot equipment problems and make adjustments as needed. Record production, waste, and material usage. Assist with equipment repairs and preventative maintenance. Follow company quality and safety procedures. Help maintain cleanliness and food safety standards. Report workplace injuries, accidents, or hazards promptly. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Requirements High School Diploma or GED. At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. Minimum of 1 year of stable work history. Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred. Basic computer, math, and mechanical skills. Ability to read a measuring tape and use measuring tools. Ability to read, write, and follow simple instructions. Reliable attendance and transportation. Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 pounds. Frequently bend, twist, stoop, crouch, and climb stairs. Work in a manufacturing environment with noise and dust. Must wear required PPE, including eye, ear, hair, and toe protection. Pre-Employment Requirements Pass a background check. Pass a 10-panel drug screen. Pass a pre-employment assessment. Pass a Physical Abilities Test (PAT). Interested?
