You will leverage your technical troubleshooting skills and attention to detail to ensure seamless machine performance and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate industrial machinery to meet daily production targets while minimizing material waste. Conduct proactive equipment troubleshooting and perform necessary mechanical adjustments to maintain optimal output. Monitor product quality by identifying film defects and ensuring adherence to strict manufacturing specifications. Maintain precise digital and manual logs of production metrics, material usage, and waste data. Collaborate with maintenance teams to execute repairs and perform essential preventive maintenance tasks. Uphold rigorous Safe Quality Food (SQF) standards through consistent cleaning schedules, safety audits, and compliance checklists. Promote a culture of safety by identifying workplace hazards and strictly following all established health and safety protocols. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Proficiency in using measuring tapes and intermediate gaging instruments. Strong ability to read, interpret, and apply technical instructions. Demonstrated commitment to reliable attendance and workplace safety. Preferred Skills Prior experience with plastic extrusion or similar molding technologies. Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality control systems. Hands-on experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, or automated packaging equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude with a focus on machine setup and process optimization.
