Small Equipment Operator (Fabrication Equipment Operator)

1st Shift | Monday -
Friday Pay:
$20/hour Job Description We are seeking a Fabrication Equipment Operator to join our team at our Port of Catoosa facility. This is not a forklift/warehouse role - we are looking for individuals with hands-on experience operating fabrication equipment and tools. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in operating small fabrication equipment, reading blueprints, and accurately measuring and laying out material for cutting and fabrication. Responsibilities Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, drills, and hand plasma torches. Perform accurate layout of cuts using tape measures and blueprints. Safely handle and prepare materials for fabrication. Maintain equipment and work area in a clean, safe, and efficient condition. Work as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines. Qualifications Proven experience with fabrication tools and equipment (saws, drills, torches, grinders, etc.). Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Skilled at accurate measurement and layout using tape measures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Reliability and punctuality are a must.
