Turret Operator Tulsa, OK We're seeking a detail-oriented Turret Operator to join the production team of an established printing and labeling company. The ideal candidate will have previous machine operation experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position will be responsible for operating a turret rewind machine, converting large printed rolls into smaller finished rolls according to customer specifications, and ensuring product quality throughout the finishing process.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Review job tickets and set up rewind machines according to customer specifications Operate turret rewind machines to convert large press rolls into smaller finished rolls Adjust machine components, including blades, cores, and copy positions Inspect labels and finished rolls for quality, accuracy, and consistency Perform roll splicing procedures while following product verification requirements Verify product identification numbers and core IDs to ensure accuracy Package, label, and prepare finished rolls for shipping or stock Communicate production issues, quality concerns, or discrepancies to Supervisors and Management Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 1 year of machine operation experience required Previous printing or manufacturing production experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to follow detailed work instructions and production specifications Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs with assistance Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, lifting, sitting, and crouching
