  • Operate all machine-specific functions such as configuring the equipment, loading and operating the machines, and optimizing the machine capability to ensure that the machine works at its full capacity.
  • Calibrate the machine before the production begins. Monitor and control the machine performance and settings.
  • Maintaining QA and inventory records for saturation department.
  • Work in a team environment, be quality conscious and strive for continuous quality improvement with emphasis with Lean and 5s principles.
  • Perform product testing to ensure that materials meet the loading and quality standards as outlined in the "Work Instruction" documents.
  • Maintain environmental, health and safety standards as outlined by our EHS department. Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • 3-5 years of related experience in manufacturing or production environment
  • Forklift Certification
  • Self starter willing to undergo training to understand the operations of the Saturation department
  • 1-2 years' experience as a manufacturing or production lead or supervisor
