50/hr | Durant, OK Are you hands-on, detail-driven, and ready to keep production running at peak performance? We're looking for a Machine Operator who takes pride in quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

Set up, configure, load, and operate production equipment to maximize efficiency
Calibrate machines before production and fine-tune settings during runs
Monitor machine performance to ensure smooth, high-quality output
Maintain QA and inventory records for the saturation department
Perform and oversee product testing to ensure all materials meet quality and loading standards
Work collaboratively in a team-focused environment with a strong commitment to Lean and 5S principles
