Position Summary:

We are seeking a Shear Operator to cut metal materials to size using mechanical or hydraulic shearing equipment. The ideal candidate ensures accuracy, quality, and safe machine operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate shear machines to cut metal to specified dimensions Read and interpret blueprints and cut lists Measure and verify material accuracy before and after cutting Perform basic machine setup and adjustments Maintain equipment and follow safety procedures

Qualifications:

1-2+ years of shear or metal fabrication experience preferred Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Basic mechanical skills Our Commitment to
