Summary The Plasma Tab Operator will be responsible for using work orders, reading prints and adjusting a Hypertherm Plasma Table to nest and cut varying types of steel and thicknesses per customer specifications. This is a primary full time position where you will need to use our current plasma table with little training from day one. We can provide advanced training on the table in the future.

Primary Responsibility:

Operate our Hypertherm Plasma Table to work with DXF files and program the machine directly to nest and cut parts per customer requirements Perform and document QA/QC checks Safe and efficient operation and maintenance of plasma table, cranes and forklifts Maintain inventory and replace gas cylinders for the plasma table Replace Consumables as needed

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform Primary Responsibilities within a reasonable timeframe, operate all associated equipment in a safe manner and follow all company guidelines and procedures for processing and completing orders.
