Job Summary:

Machine Operators are responsible for operating and monitoring plastic molding equipment used in the production of foodservice and janitorial products. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and a commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor plastic molding machinery to ensure efficient production. Inspect molded products for defects and ensure quality standards are met. Trim, assemble, package, and palletize finished products as needed. Load raw materials into machines and remove completed products from production lines. Perform routine quality checks and accurately document production information. Identify and report machine malfunctions, material shortages, or quality concerns. Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures. Meet production goals while maintaining accuracy and product quality. Work effectively as part of a team in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Be at least 18 years old. Previous manufacturing, production, machine operating, or plastic molding experience preferred. Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift throughout a 12-hour shift. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Be able to speak and understand English fluently. Possess a verifiable work history. Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required.
