2nd SHIFT - Machine Operator

MACHINE OPERATOR

- 2nd SHIFT Metal Panels Inc is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our high-volume production team in Tulsa. The ideal candidate will have material handling experience and a strong attention to detail to ensure accurate production and record-keeping.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate machinery to produce parts according to customer specifications. Set up machines and interpret work orders accurately. Verify correct materials before starting production. Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet standards. Utilize basic shop math for inspection, counting, and stacking products. Organize work based on complexity, materials, and deadlines for efficient processing. Conduct daily maintenance and minor repairs on machines while adhering to safety standards. Crosstrain in multiple departments as needed to support production demands.

Requirements:

Experience as a machine operator in roll forming or metal fabrication. Overhead crane operation experience. Forklift certification is a plus. Ability to read tape measures, gauges, and other equipment accurately. Strong attention to detail and efficiency. Must pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check (safety-sensitive position). Availability Monday-Friday with overtime as needed.

$18.50 - $21.50 per hour
