This is a hands-on, fast-paced production role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical drawings.

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 6:30am-5:00pm (Overtime on Fridays as needed)

Pay:

$25-$30 per hour, based on experience Key Responsibilities Operate a 3000W Bystronic laser safely and efficiently Perform nesting for parts to maximize material usage Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches Inspect parts for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines Requirements Minimum 2 years of laser operation experience (Bystronic experience preferred) Ability to read and understand blueprints/drawings/sketches Able to stand for the entire shift Able to lift up to 50 lbs Must pass a background check Must pass a drug screen Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities on Fridays Stable, long-term employment with a growing company Please submit resume for consideration!
