In this role you'll be part of a hands-on team shaping the future of aviation. This entry-level position is perfect for mechanically inclined individuals looking to gain valuable experience in aircraft manufacturing. Under direct supervision, you'll learn essential assembly operations and play a key role in building the aircraft of tomorrow.

• What You'll Do Every Day:

• + Train in and perform structural assembly operations within a production department + Use basic mechanical hand tools like pneumatic drills, rivet guns, and reamers + Learn to read blueprints, work orders, and specification sheets to understand build requirements + Assist with part fitting, alignment, drilling, and riveting using holding fixtures and clamps + Support quality standards by ensuring all parts and work meet specifications + Observe, assist, and gradually work with less supervision as skills grow + Maintain clean, safe workspaces and follow all safety procedures •What You Bring to the

• Required:

• + High School Diploma or GED + Mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on work + Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English + Basic computer and keyboarding skills + Able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds + Willingness to work any shift and follow instructions precisely + Strong attention to detail and professional attitude

• Preferred:

• + Enrollment in or completion of a Technical Aviation program + Familiarity with hand and power tools + Comfort reading scales and performing basic shop math
