Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking reliable, hardworking Packaging Operators to join a fast-paced production team. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working on their feet for extended periods, thrive in a team environment, and can maintain focus and quality in a manufacturing setting. Manufacturing or production experience is strongly preferred , and candidates with a consistent work history and longer job tenure are highly valued. Shift Options & PayNight Shift (2 openings)
Schedule:
Monday-Wednesday, 5:00 PM - 5:30AM Pay:
$20/hour + $3/hour shift differential ( $23/hour )Growth:
Up to $26/hour after training sign-offs Day Shift (2 openings)Schedule:

Up to $23/hour after training sign-offs Key Responsibilities Operate packaging equipment on bottling, canning, and kegging lines Follow SOPs, GMP standards, and all safety procedures Monitor production for quality issues and equipment malfunctions Clear jams, reset machines, and report issues as needed Perform cleaning and sanitation using proper PPE Complete production logs and documentation accurately Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and general line operations Inspect products to ensure labeling and packaging meet quality standards Maintain workflow by staging materials and moving finished goods Work collaboratively with team members and support daily production goals Qualifications Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per shift Strong teamwork and reliability Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Manufacturing or production experience preferred Manual labor experience High school diploma or GED Basic computer skills Consistent work history preferred Work Environment & Physical Requirements Active production floor with noise, humidity, and temperature changes Exposure to cleaning chemicals (with PPE) Lift up to 55 lbs regularly Indoor/outdoor and refrigerated environments Work around machinery, forklifts, and production equipment Overtime and schedule flexibility may be requiredPay:
