Chosen candidate will be working in the paint making department and ideally would have previous experience working in a high-volume production manufacturing environment.

What we look for:

6+ months in a manufacturing or chemical production experience preferred. Previous experience weighing and measuring raw material using liquid scales adhering to a specific formula Ability to mix pigments, resins, solvents, and additives to create paint products. Capable of operating and monitor mixing tanks, mills, pumps, and other manufacturing equipment. Ability to learn quality control tests, including color matching, viscosity, and consistency checks. Proficient in following directions for reading formulas, work orders, and technical instructions. Someone with basic math and measurement skills. Can identify color and shade differences. Lifting to 50 lbs. on a semi-consistent basis. Standing, bending, stooping, pushing and pulling for an 8-hour shift. Great attendance, strong work ethic, team spirit, and a focus on safety.
